Buy a whole cow and save while you stock up! You'll receive approximately 450 to 475 lbs of meat (sometimes more, never less!) depending on the hanging weight of your Black Angus steer. Dry aged 14 days to enhance flavors and nutrients and flash frozen to preserve freshness. We recommend having 20 cubic foot of freezer space for this order.

    PICK UP FROM OUR FROZEN FOOD DISTRIBUTOR: We will deliver this freshly butchered beef direct to one of our 15 Frozen Food Distributors for you to pick up within a week of delivery - please live within at least a 2 hour drive because you will pick up the approximately dozen boxes (each 24" x 13" x 6") frozen at -10 degrees F but there will not be any dry ice in the boxes:
