Refund Policy
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returned merchandise or provide refunds on shipments because they are fresh and perishable. We will not issue a refund to anyone’s credit card who refuses a delivery or in any way attempts to return a shipment.
Please check all addresses carefully. If we are to process a refund or return for any reason we will require the original order back at the expense of the customer.
Shipping Restrictions

FedEx/we might not leave packages in open areas (apartment or condo complexes).

We do not currently ship outside of Texas, including to APO and other US Military locations, due to the perishable nature of our products.

We do not ship Internationally due to customs laws.

Please double-check addresses. We are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.

Inclement weather and other unforeseen circumstances may delay your shipment. We are not responsible for shipment delays caused by adverse or unpredictable weather conditions.

for gifts, the billing customer is responsible to confirm gift recipients are available to accept deliveries. Be sure to double-check the addresses of your gift recipients
Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped via FedEx or our own trucks.
90% of orders are fulfilled within 2 business days. However, depending on inventory availability order fulfillment may take longer.
Your order will be handpicked and carefully packed in to maintain your items in good condition for up to 56 hours. Please note items may lose vacuum sealing and/or may thaw during transit.
During December and other peak periods, we may require additional days to process and deliver your order. Due to winter weather, and other events that are out of Puro Beef's control, deliveries may be delayed. Outside of weather interference, we do everything we can to ensure on-time delivery.
We ship all packages with “Signature Release,” which means that no signature is required for delivery. We cannot ship to PO Boxes.
We make every effort to ship most orders on a timely basis. Inclement weather and other unforeseen circumstances can cause shipments to arrive later than expected. We specifically encourage you to order prior to the week of THANKSGIVING AND CHRISTMAS to avoid unexpected delays and stock-outs.
